Service Description
If you are a new client, here are the clear expectations: You will be required to put a credit card on file and pay out of pocket ahead of time for your first session regardless if you are paying out of pocket or billing insurance. Once care is established, payment or co-pays will be required at time of service. And once insurance has paid for your initial visit, I will reimburse you or you can put the balance to your future co-pays. No shows will always require a full payment and your CC on file will be billed 24 hours after the missed appointment.
Cancelation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact with at least a 24 hour notice, otherwise you are responsible for 100% of the session cost.
