Service Description

If you are a new client, here are the clear expectations: You will be required to pay out of pocket ahead of time for your first session even if you are planning on billing insurance. Once care is established, payment or co-pays will be required at time of service. And once insurance has paid for your initial visit, I will reimburse you or you can put the balance to your future co-pays. No shows will always require a full payment.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact with at least a 24 hour notice, otherwise you are responsible for 100% of the session cost.
